PERMANENTLY FUND & SCALE THE PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS & MAKE 2, 24/7

PURCHASE 20 ADDITIONAL AMBULANCES & INCREASE STAFFING PER RIG FOR THE CHICAGO FIRE DEPARTMENT
